93 South to exit #4 (Londonderry - Derry Rt. 102)
At the end of the exit ramp bear right onto 102 west. Follow straight through 4 sets of lights. (At the 4th set you will see the Londonderry Post Office on your right.) "Go past” Post Office and "Buttrick Place" (a small shopping mall) and take the next right (a one way sign) which is Buttrick Road. This is 1 mile from the exit. Follow this road for .4 of a mile the gym on your right, on the corner of Gardner Circle and Buttrick Road. It is a tan, steel building #26. (Next to Pixie Pre-school and House of Samurai).

Mammoth Road (Rt. 128) follow approx. 3 miles to the intersection of Rt 102 & 128. You will see Crossroads Mall on the right Go through lights, pass the Homestead" on your right Take the next right onto Buttrick Road. You will see a blue "Spectrum" sign on the corner.
