Favorite thing about Spectrum: "I've spent most of my life at Spectrum. I love the atmosphere, and how the gym as shaped me into the person that I am today. Being a competitive gymnast and gymnastics instructor had a lot of influence in my choice to study exercise physiology in college."
Interesting fact: In warmer weather, Cari loves to surf! She's even competed in a few surfing competitions.
